Mrs. Abe Hallack is still on the sick list. Mrs. John Sparling visited at Mrs. Henry Sparling last Friday. Chas. Thompson and wife were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hart Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Less Sayers returned home from Kniraan Sunday where Mrs. Sayers was quite sick last week. Frank Tyler has quit hay pressing he says there is nothing in it, Henry Frame changed his mind about going to Brook and commenced work for Leon Shaftner at at Wheatfield center. Born to Geo. Antrim and wife last Thursday, a boy, that makes four soldiers in this place in the last month. Elam Frame had the misfortune to cut his foot one day last week, it seems the boys are getting careless. Hattie Fairchild was around one day last week trying to got joiners to organize a Ladies Belief Corp. J. M, Brown pastor of the M. E. church preached to a full house Sunday evening. Subject: “The blind man restored to sight.” Bert Bobbins moved out on Hazecamps place north of town, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert moved into the house vacated by Bert Bobbins. B. E. Haileck of Kniman was here most of last week attending the telephone.
