National League Adopts Measures to Prevent Misconduct. Most radical legislation was enacted Tuesday by the magnates of the National Baseball League, assembled at Kt. I/ouis in annual session. A measure for the suppression of obscene, indecent and vulgnr language upon the Imll field by players was adopted liy the representatives of the twelve rliiLs present without n dissenting vote. The provisions of this measure are most sweeping, and provide for the trial of guilty persons before a tribunal of three judges, to be known ns the board of discipline, which shall punish the culprit either by suspension or expulsion for life.
