Sweetman At Liberty.

Kentland Enterprise. The Hon. J. Q. Thomas of Rushvillo was in Kentiand yesterday afternoon for J. W. Swoetman, an account of whoso troubles appeared in the Enterprise two weeks ago. Mr. Thomas explained that Sweotraan at heart was really a pretty good follow, but when drink got the better of him, as was the caso here, that he had a

penchant for borrowing money. Sweetman’s father is a highly respected citizen of Rushville and as Mr. Thomas had returned all of the little sums borrowed, and had paid all of the expenses due Newton county, the court thought the the prosecution should end, and Sweetman was permitted to return home. We hope that he will profit by his recent experience aud not be so ready to borrow money in the future. He undoubtedly owes his liberty to Mr. Thomas.
