Levied On a Court House File Case.
The suit of Frank Minicus against the Fenton Metallio Manufacturing Company, of Jamestown, N. Y., was decided yesterday afternoon, by Squire Burnham. The company is the one that has the contract for the metallio furniture at the court house. Minicus claims that he worked for it under the agent 1 they first sent here one Laguerquist, or more properly, from his practices, lager quest, and also loaned him money. He was a bum and the company recalled him and sent another man in his place. The company would not allow Minicus his claim, and he brought suit, in attachment, and some days ago levied on a big metallic file case, intended for the recorder’s office, and carried it out of the court house. Tho Squire gave Minicus judgment for $22 and costs and held that as the commissioners had not yet acoepted of record the metallic furniture, that it still belonged to the Fenton company and that the attachment was good.
