South Carolina —All points except Charleston and Columbia. Tennessee- —All points except Memphis and points within thir-ty-eight miles of Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville. Virginia —All points on the L. & N. R. R. and Seaboard Air Line, and to following points on C. & O. R.
