Wabash Tribune; “Let slip the dogs of war.” The die is cast! This country will soon resound to the clash of armed men und the fertile valleys of the Tagus will welter with -the gore, of the Spaniards. Cal Emeriok has received the Argos Refleotor! The very first editorial right at the top of the page reads like thi§: “We air a peaceful nashun, but wewun’t be trompted on by no furren power. The editor of this papur has bin siftin the matter and noes that the Spanyards is at the bottom of it all. In this yere issue we issher a kail for the sharp shooters of the Argos sassafrack regions and over by Akron the same men are liengaged to keep out the private huckleberry marshes. We air not in favur of sittin down and bavin it rubbed in on us. A kopy of this papur has been sent to McKinley; if he dock' not take ackshun we will organizo over here in Argos ourselves. All back subscriptions is desired so wo kin raise the muny for shot.”
