John and Wm. Wallace with their household goods have departed for the sunny South. They will locate in Cannon county, Tenn., where they have traded their .Wheatfield propperty for 160 acres of land— — Frank Dunn and wife, of Medaryville were visiting relatives and old friends a few days, returned home Saturday accompanied by Mrs. Ed Biggs of this place. Charley Dean and Philip Blue were Wheatfield callers, looking after their political fences. Mrs. DeCrow has moved on one of H. Marble’s farm. S. 11. Hopkins has rented a farm three miles south of Mt. Ayr. He moved there March Ist. Jack Knedler has moved in Mrs. Dohncke’s house; she having moved out to her son-in-law’s, Frank Peters. What! McOcker building a new house? Yes. Say, what does it mean? Well, wait and find out. Do you see? Charley Steward, of Rensselaer, was one of Wheatfield’s callers. S. A. Austin, Sr., has been quite sick, but was better the last report.
