The War Situation

' The city papers are still trying desperately hard to work up something sensational each day, in order to sell their papers, but there is really no change in the situation, and probably there will be none until the naval inquiry board tiniehes its work and makes its report; which may be in a few days, and perhaps not for weeks. Our government still continues to make war preparations however, and may be trusted to net in the right way when the right time comes.
