That Grand Jury Report.

Inasmuch as some very erronious reports have been circulated, especially in other counties, regarding what the last grand jury in this county in regard to the alleged untaxed property in this county, wo think it well, to publish exactly what their report was in that matter. All they said in regard to it is the following paragraph:' “Upon investigation made by us we are of the opinion that there has for several years [been] a large amount of personal property that has escaped taxation, but owing to the limited timo at our disposal we cannot make a detailed report of the names of the parties and the amounts due, and we urge upon the proper county officials the necessity of prompt attention to this important duty, and that we have concluded the business referred to us.’ v
