Petition is Appealed.

By action of the Kankakee Improvement Company its Attorney, Lemuel Darrow, will carry the company’s petition for the drainage of the Kankakee to the circuit court. It will bo remembered that at a receut meeting of the board of county commissioners the body refused to grunt the prayer of the petitioners. The case will bo entered of record immediately and corao up for hearing at the next term of court. —Michigan City Nows.
