Alabama —All points except Birmingham and Montgomery. Florida —All points west of and including Tallahassee. Georgia —All points on and north or west of an imaginary line drawn through Everett, Screven, Pearson, Tifton, Valdosta and Thomasville, except Atlunta, Augusta, Columbus, Macon and Savannah. Kentucky —All points south of Bowling Green, Livingstou and Somerset. Louisiana —All points east of the Mississippi* river except New Orleans. Mississippi —All points. North Carolina —All points. South Carolina— All-points except Charleston and Columbia. Tennessee —All points except Memphis and points within thir-ty-eight miles of Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville. Virginia —All points on the L. & N. R. R. and Seaboard Air Line, and to following points on C. & O. R.
