A Rig Well at the College.

Perkins <fe Gay are drilling a big well at St. Joseph’s College. It is 8 inches in diameter, or tho same size as the well at our waterworks. It is now down about 200 feet. Of this distance all but about 27 feet is in the rock. > The drilling is making good progress.
