Remington Waterworks Tested.

The new Waterworks nt Remington were tested a few days ago, and worked most satisfactorily. From the most remote parts of the system, a very strong stream was thrown, sufficient to deluge any

building which might happen to be on fire. As strong a test as could be, was made at the Taber elevator, the higest building in-the town, where such a powerful stream was thrown to its very top, that the water poured off tl)b eaves like in a heavy shower. The water supply is- also abundant and said to be.of an excellent' quality..
