Temporary Injunction Continued.

There was a brief hearing* just before noon today, by Judge Thompson, in the second injunction proceedings in the tax ferret cases. Foltz, Spitler & Kurrie, W. B. Austin and E. B. Sellers appeared for the enjoiners, while Hanley & Hunt, A. Halleck and Judge W. F. Townsend of Vincennes, appeared for Fleener & Carnahan. After some argument and motions for change of venue from the Judge, the hearing was postponed until Jan. 20tb, the temporary restraining, orders to remain in force until that time.
