A Stout Divorce Case.

Frank Stout, of Remington, has begun suit for a divorce from Mary Stout. They were married in White Co., Ind. Mar. 6, 1887, and separated Nov. 15, 1897. He accuses her of a grave lapse from moral rectitude on that day, and at various times since, and names one Jacob S. Barnes in that connection. He also charges cruel and inhuman treatment such as calling him, very bad names and accusing him of very bad conduct, He also says that she neglected her household duties to go to disreputable dances, would not prepare his meals, etc The parties have not lived very long in this county.
