Public Hitch Racks.

The hitch rack committee of the city council has seoured the consent of property owners to erect and maintain a public hitch rack along the north side of Harrison street, from Van Rensselaer to Front. The ditch now there will be filled with cinders and the racks constructed at once. This will give a pretty good stretch of racks, and is very convenient to the business part of town.
