A suitable program will be made out in due time covering all of the time including night sessions. H the country and town people will turn out and take part we will have an interesting institute. Please

make arrangements to spend two days ih the interest of the farmers’ institute. Any one wishing certain subjects discussed which are in keeping with institute work and are not on program can make their wishes known and there will be provision made for them. The subject of drouth is causing a good many people to think seriously about, how to over come it, and has been suggested as a proper subject for discussion. If any one has a suggestion to make as to the way an institute should be carried on, let them make them and they will be considered. We invite the co-operation of all. L. Strong, Pres. Jasper Co.
