The Great Rabbit Round Up.

Rensselaer Sportsmen Have Here a -—— - Special Invitation. The sixth grand annual rabbit hunt at Lamar, Colo., the greatest event of the kind on earth, will take place Dec. 16th and 17th. Our former townsman, Judge E. C. Nowels, of Lamar, again extends a special invitation to Rensselaer hunters to participate. His letter is here given. Editor of Republican, Enclosed I hand you a Santa Fe Bulletin Concerning our annual rabbit hunt, and should any Rensselaer parties desire to attend I have arrangements made with Mr. L. Wirt Markham, local land agent here for the Santa Fe Company, that if a party of 10 come from Rensselaer and vicinity and come so as to reach heie by December 14 or Jo, be will return each and all to Chicago for the sum of $2 each, This is only $2 over one fare for round trip. Every thing free during rabbit hunt except lodging and board, and so far Lamar has entertained all visitors from a without expense. No fimit as to time of return if all return at one time.
