Judge Thompson issued anothear injunction and restraining order ix*the tax ferret matter, Saturday? evening The Commissioners on Nov: 3&J entered into a new contract with* Fleener & Carnahan, which* ii was? thought, would meet the objsetioTotfc't raised ngainst. the former contracts, and it is against this contract that the new proceedings* are directed. A temporary injunction is issawL, restraining the commissioners Sroac making any such contract, witib Fleener <fe Carnahan or any oneelse, and the auditor from putting: such on record, and paying any warrants to them etc. The furtherhearing is set for Saturday Dec„ 18th. Elias Marion is the putative in this as in the former proceedings.
