Notice To Northern Tax Payers. The undersigned will be in DeMatte Friday, Dec. 3rd, and Wheatfield Saturday, Dec. 4th, for the purpose of collecting delinquent taxes for the townships of Keener, Wheatfield and Carpenter, Kankakee and Walker. Those knowing themselves delinquent can call at either of the above places and pay as the new law requires the Treasurer to collect all delinquent taxes and hplds him responsible for the same. There will be no extra charge for taxes collected up to those dates. John O’Connor, Tax Collector.
