The said described bar room Is sepeiate from any other busines- of any kind, and has no devices for amusem nc or music of any kind, or character, and there are no partitions therein. The said bar room can be securely closed and locked and admission thereto prevented.and is so arranged with glass windows that the whole of said room may- be viewed from the sideyvalk and street in front of the same.
