Wants the Company Ousted.

The prosecuting attorney of La~porte county is waging war against - the Kankakee drainage company--He has filed a suit in the circuit court and sets forth tJw* fact that the Kankakee River* Improvement company, the defendants named being the directom of such company, is a “corporation*’' which is not properly incorporated and is, therefore, not in a position to properly conduct the work of straightening and dredging tb«? bed of the Kankakee river, He asks the court to oust the company.

The electric railroad has to have a relay or power house every 25 oar 30 miles. These power house* must be quite large plants.
