Sheriff s Sale. By virture of an Execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Starke County Circuit Court, In a cause wherein S. C. McClurg & Co. are plaintiff and Charles A. Brown and George H. Brown Jr. are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of four hundred ana forty $440.00 dollars and interest and costs accrued and to accrue. I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder, on Monday, December, 6th 1897. between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p m. of said day at the door of the court house of Jasper county, Indiana, in the city of Rensselaer first the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seVen years of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree and execution and interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge said decree and execution and Interest and costs, towit. The one-half (H) interest In lot number ten (10) in block number ten (10) In the original plat of the town of Rensselaer Indiana. Taken as the property of George 11.
