A Chance Worth Working For.
Of course no one can say for a certainly that the electric railway will be built, but there is at least astrong probability that it will, and tljat probability is a more than sufficient justification for the people of Rensselaer and Remington, to make every reasonable effort to secure it, if it is built. If it is not built, we will not be very much out. If it is built, and we get it, we will be very much “in;” if it is built and we lose it, we will be very much “out” and out for all time. The Remington people are fully alive to this matter; more so evidently than Rensselaer people. They had a better attendance of representative citizens at their meeting, and they took wiser and better action than we did. We are to have another meeting in the court room, Wednesday evening. Let us show our intelligent public spirit by large attendance and effective action at that meeting.
