The Tax Ferrets’ Case.

In the case in which Elias Marion is the nominal plaintiff, in the suit brought to set aside the tax ferret contract, with injunctions against the commissioners and other county officers, the hearing for a temporary restraining order, which was set here for Saturday, is now postponed until next Weddesday, Dec. Ist when it will come before*Judge Thompson, at Fowler.
