Plenty' of rain and mud. Mr. Joe Beach is now the merchant at Pleasant Grove. Several of the Francesville ladies spent last Thursday with Mrs. Freeman. They were Mesdames Mallon, Garrignes, Tillet, Sharrer, Barker, Randle, Prewett and Clark. Bro. Weston did not preach Sunday evening on account of protracted meeting he is holding at Osborne. A box social will be given at Pleasant Grove school house on Friday eve Nov. 19. Everybody invlied. Mr. Chas. Randle went to Monon Sunday. Henry Raudle is moving into the house lately vacated by Chas. Hayse.
