Washington's- State Treasurer Arranges a. Big Job for the Executive. Gov. Rogers of Washington has proclaimed his intention of investigating State Treasurer Young's accounts. ' He has announced that lie. in company with one of the Supreme Court judges, will count all the money in the treasury. In order that the Governor may have as much enjoyment as possible out of his
