Railroad Notes.

Freight traffic the Monon is so heavy that of late ft has been using in freight service some of the heaviest passengers engines, and they have made excellent records, especially in handling live stock trains. The Monon now T has seven construction trains at work, two cutting down the grade at Cedar Lake and five distributing gravel ballast north and south of Lafayette.
