Judge Gillette has refused the request of the Tolleston gnn club, of Chicago, for a continuance in the cases of Charles and Theodore Prott, Alvin Bothwell and Herman Kuntz, who are each sueing the club for $25,000 damages for injuries received at the hands of the guards in the shooting affair last January.
