The Circuit Court.

A new’ divorce case, just filed, is that of Daisy E. Condra against William Ellison Condra. They were married in Rensselaer Apr. 17,1892. Separated June 10,1897. She charges him with hitting her over the head and body, kicking her and threatening to kill. They have one child, a 4 year old boy, which she is willing the defendant should have the custody of, as she has no means of supporting him, other than working as a domestic. She asks to have her maiden name Daisy E. Thornton restored. John find Charles Jones, the parties charged with stealing young Hoover’s lap robe, were brought into court Friday, and plead not guilty. Their bail was fixed at $l5O each, and their trial set for next Friday. The case of David Huston vs Frederick Fatke was sent to Newton Co., on change of venue.
