The Coming Shooting Contest.

Managers King of Rensselaer and Parks of Newdon county, are working hard to make the forthcoming annual shooting contest of the Iroquois Gun Club, to Be? held here next Tuesday, Oct. 12th. a great success. Promises to atteriltlind participate have been received from a» unusually large number, and twenty or more good shots are confidently expected. The list of prizes contributed by the business men of Rensselaer, ought to add very much to the interest of the contest. The ten countybadge race, open to the shooters olf Carroll, Cass, Fulton, Jasper, Lake., Newton, Pulaski, Stark, Tippecanoe and White counties is the greatest single event of the day. It will come off between three and four o’clock, Tuesday afternoon. The grounds for this year’s tournament are in the east part of town,, in Leopold’s addition.
