The weather still continues Frank Lewis of the dredge spent Sunday with William Poisel near Medaryville. “Billy" is an ex-em-ployee of the dredge and the boys all enjoy calling on him. Jacob Kneadler's little daughter Oma who has been sick since last winter is slowly improving under Dr. Shwere’s care. The young people of this vicinity who attended the entertainment at Valina Saturday evening say (?) that they had a splendid time. O. Howard and Chas. Harry Gifford and wife and Miss May Gifford drove to Remington last Friday. Miss May remained as she is engaged to teach in the graded school at that place for the ensuing year.
