Frank Watson's Funeral.

The funeral services of James F. Watson were held Sunday afternoon, at four o’clock, at the residence, and was one of the largest funerals ever held in this county. Especially notable was the large attendance from the vicinity of Mr. Watson’s former home southeast of town, and from the surrounding country generally. The religious services were conducted by Rev. C. D. Jeffries, of the Presbyterian church. The deceased was a mucn honored member of Rensselaer lodge No. 82 Knights of Pythias, and the lodge attended the funeral in a body, but did not have charge of the funeral rites. The pall bearers were T J. McCoy. R- B. Porter, I. J. Porter Delos Thompson, C. E. Mills and A F. Hardy. Among relatives from abroad attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Omar Ritchie, of Anderson, Mrs. Clarinda Coen, of Attica, Mrs. Amanda Dye, of Pontiac, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Fleming, of Lafayette, and Rev. E. Baech, of Indianapolis. Interment was in Weston cemetery.
