You who supported removal, and who are opposed to letting the county seat remain at La wreneebureh, ought t3 be on the ground : for recollect that the movement of the hawrenei burghers is for the sole purpose of endeavoring ti) retain it there. They may hold out to you the idea that they want it at Manchester, or the center; but this is for the purpose of deceiving you. If the County Seat is again relocated it will be at La wreneeburgh. The citizens of that tow n know this, and this is their object. Now mark if it be not so. It becomes on therfore to rally once more, and the total annihilation of your enemy will be certain. Go to Wilmington aud join in with one -accord to nominate men who will oppose Lawrciiceburdi, and her Hail ltoad and Canal and w ho w ill he opposed to tenailing u Slate debt of millions upon you and your posterity, for the sole purpose of benefitting njl w individuals. It is important that the meeting be generally attended, as high and responsible duties devolve upon it. O'Neal, Abnon Scranton, John Neal, Nil-on r.astiuan, and Thomas C. Hall, were appointed a committee to make the necessary arrangements for celebrating the -1th of July next. We are requested to say that the committee will meet this evening, at half past 7, at the Printing oiiice. From the Ohio State Journal. IMHAXA IT.MXOIS. The only difference is this, Congress by its individual acts (icattd the Northern boundaries nf Indiana and Illinois as thoy are now fixed, notwithstanding; the ordinance of "o7: Ohio defined her Northern Boundary line hv tho provision in her Constitution ; and this act of hers as ne-ces-arilv teceived the virtual assent and ratification of Congress hy our admission into the Union en an equal footing with the original States, with such proz.vet in our Constitution. But those States hold under the acts admitting ihem into the Union. They have alw ays possessed jurisdiction over the country; and if we are ever to obtain possession of it, it must be by judi cial decision, or by Commissioners alicadv, or to be hereafter appointed. He respectfully solicits the pationage of those who are tormented with the above named human destroyer, and pledges himself that he can remove the Cancer in a short lime, wilh little pain and no injury to the system. He firther pledges himself that if he undertakes ii case and fails of a pet feet cure, that he will require nothing for his services.
