OFFICE over CITIZENS' BANK. Reasons for Insuring in this Company: 1. It is a Homo Company; all Premiums are kept and paid out here, instead of being sent to Eastern Cit'u-a. More than f 500,000 annually, is paid by the State of Indiana, to Foreign Insurance Companies, all of which might be kept at home, by insuring in Home Companies. 2. The Cash Capital is $100,000, and the Stockholders are renpon-Uble to the insured for 100,000 more, making the sum of $200,000, pledged for tlie payment of losses. J. As this Company confines its opr-rations chiefly to a few counties in Eastern Indiana, and to Fire Insurance exclusively, and avoids specially hazardous risks ; and as Eastern Companies of larger capital extend their risks all over the Union, and take large specialty'haxardous risks ; it is relatively stronger and more reliable than any of them. 4. United States Bonds are deposited br this Company with the Auditor of State to secure the payment of tosses. Foreign Companies have not a single dollar deposited with the Auditor. Their capital is all Vat of the State ours is at home, subject to all demands upon it. . Risks are taken at a low rates, and on as favor-, able terms, as by any other responsible Firelnsurance Company, losses will lie adjusted and paid promptly and liberality sad good faith observed towards all and as evidence of this, it is sufficient to state, that the Stockholders are known throughout Eastern Indiana to be auea of the bigha.il responsibility and integrity.
