The Palais Garden's orchestra, well known to local dancers, will play the program for the evening. The balcony will be open to spectators. All the members of Squadron No. 2, of the Virginia Asher Business Women's council, will please meet with the captain in the first Baptist church, on North Eleventh street, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

To Clear Up Fraud Ring LOS ANGELES. Feb. 9. Austin H. Montgomery, Jr.. former broker, wanted in New York to answer a federal indictment charging use of the mails to defraud in connection with operations aggregating $3,0J)0,000 and who was arrested here Monday was on the way east today in custody of Henry Lessner, deputy United States marshal.
