Said interest at the rate of four and onehalf (41A) per cent per annum will be payable on all of said bonds semi-annually on May 15th and November loth, respectively, throughout the life of said bonds, the first interest to be payable on May 15th, 1924, and all interest payments to be evidenced by coupons attached to said bonds. All of said bonds will be dated the 15th day of January, 1923, and said bonds will be sold for not less than par value and accrued Interest to the day of delivery. Said bonds will be free from taxation.
