Oor Resolimtloe for the New Year

In closing our books for 1922 we find that our business was beyond all expectations and our New Year's resolution is to double our business for this year. In order to do so we need the assistance of the buyer and seller of real estate.

We have a nice list of city homes and farms for sale or trade; also some businesses for sale or trade. If you are in the market for any of the above at this time, or expect to be, see us. We have several cash buyers for city property. If you want to sell, list it with us at this time.

When your interest is keyed the highest, your work time seems shortest. Concentration is the secret of getting things done. Centering your attention on one thing at a time is the means of .accomplishing a great many things in the course of a day. When you work work! An hour in which you keep a strong grip on your interest and focus it on the matter in hand is worth a day of scattered effort.
