DELINQUENT PLEDGES TO COMMUNITY CHEST WILL BE COLLECTED Delinquent subscriptions to the Community chest will be collected by whatever method is chosen, by the budget committee of the Welfare league, of which Dr. I F. Ros3 is chairman, in order that all contributions be in before the beginning of the next campaign, it was decided at a meeting of the board of directors held Thursday afternoon in the bord of directors' room of fhe Second National bank.' There are now outstanding several hundred 'dollars in delinquent subscriptions; it was stated, and the directors decided to urn the matter over to the budget committee members to settle according to their own judgment. It is expected that plans soon will be formed for the next Community Chest campaign, which will be held earlier, and It is the desire of the board that all of these outstanding unpaid subscriptions,, due Dec. 1, shall be paid before the work for the next campaign starts. The annual election of officers for

the league effected a continuation of

this year's officers for the second term. The First National bank will be the league treasury for the year 1923, it was decided, according to an agreement among the banks here.
