The Hydro-Electric company equipment and property were inspected Wed-

day by Martin Insull, chief executive of the Midwest Utilities corporation, of Chicago. He was accompanied by Harry Reid of Indianapolis, president of the Interstate PubHc Service company. They were shown the local plant by William Insull, nephew of the Chicago executive, and manager of the Conn era villa plant. A dlnnen was given the visitors by the local Chamber of Commerce.
