Billy Sunday, who is conducting a religious campaign in Dayton, will visit Baton during his Dayton engagement, and preach, a sermon, according to leaders in local religious circles. YOUNGSTOWN Valera Luke was convicted by a jury today on a charge of manslaughter, in connection with
the death of Peter Baditou, who was a
passenger In Luke's motor car when it overturned August last. Luke was driving the automobile, which struck a truck, Baditou died a short time later. This is the first conviction in the history of Mahoning County on a inanr slaughter indiotment as the result of an automobile accident. LONDON Frank R. Bridgman,. London, has been sued in Franklin county courts for $65,000 damages alleged to have been received by E. J. Goodman, Columbus, jeweler, and others when in an automobile collision Sept. 26. Seven persons were injured as a result of the accident, which Goodman al
