OHIO IS EMPHASIZING
4 REHABILITATED VETS IN LARGE NUMBERS
(By Associated Press)
CINCINNATI. Ohio, Oct. 27. Em
ployment or rehabilitated veterans of
the World -war ha made great pro-
gresg m Ohio, said a statement today
v by W. H. Kemper, district employment
representative of the United States Veterans bureau of Ohio, Indiana and
Kentucny. -
Toledo, according to Kenmer. has
absorbed every vocational trained man
offered for employment: Cleveland is
next In line, in securing positions for ' the disabled veterans, all but four be
ing at work, his statement said.
Canton, Dayton and Columbus fol
low closely in order named in employ
ment government-trained veterans.
The greatest difficulty in placing vo
cational trained men was experienced
in commercial occupations, such as ac
counting and bookkeeping. The reason for that, according to Kemper, was
that during the lowest ebb of business, when production departments were practically all closed, office personnels were kept intact. Machine trades now
are particularly in demand, the em ployment representative said. Ask No Concession.
Kemper asserted that vocational trained veterans were offered strictly
on their merits as potential employes and that no concessions on the grounds
of patriotism are asked. He said that of the- 3,000 men trained in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, more than 97 per
cent, now are empioyea. A general Improvement during the last three months on practically every
line of endeavor was noted, Kemper
saia. uy Dec. 1, he asserted, every government trained man in' tho three states ought to be in a Job.
Kentucky Is described as offering
- tne most serious problem, because the i r,tate is engaged chiefly in farming. Satisfactory progress is reported as having been made in Indiana.

We must admit that we, ourselves, are astonished.
Of course we know that our medicine does benefit the large majority of women who take it. Bur that only two out of 100 received no benefit is most astonishing.. It only goes to "prove, however, that a medicine specialized for . certain definite ailments not a '. cure all- one that is made by the most scientific process; not from drugs, but from a combination 'of nature's roots and herbs, can and does do more good than hastily prepared prescriptions. : You see, we have been making, improvingand refiningthis medicine for over 50 years until it is so perfect and so well adapted to women's needs that it actually has the virtue to benefit 93 out of every 100 women who take it.
