($1,000), will become due and payable on January 1st, 1925, and a like number and amount, beine in the aggregate of One Thousand- Dollars ($1,000) will become due and payame earn and every six months thereafter, alternately on July 1 and January 1 to and including January 1, 1937. when the last of said bonds shall mature and be payable. Said bonds will be Issued and sold to provide funds for the purchase of a site within said School Township and construct thereon a new grade school building and to pav the cost of the necessary installations therefor and expenses incident thereto. Said bonds will be issued under the laws of the State of Indiana and In strict compliance therewith. A proper transcript of the proceedings for the issue and sale of said bonds will be furnished by the undersigned Trustee. Said bonds will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash and for not less than par plus accrued interest. Each bidder is required to file with his bid a certified check for Five Hundred Dollars ($500). payable to the order of Emmett J. Wright. Trustee, conditioned that in the event he is awarded said bonds that he will pay said Trustee the amount of his bid therefor and in the event said bidder fails'-or refuses to pay the amount of his bid for said bonds said check and the money represented thereby shall become the absolute nrnnertv of Ka M &hin?tnn School Township, for the use of the proper lund thereof as provided oy law.
