The people of Richmond, working in co-operation with the farmers, will hold one of the most interesting and entertaining Fairs ever held in Indiana or Ohio. A great many exhibits which will be shown at the State Fairs will exhibit at the Wayne County Fair.
GLEN MILLER PARK, the finest park in Indiana, has been turned over to the Fair Committee for the use of the visitors for these THREE DAYS. The EXHIBITS will be held on the CHAUTAUQUA GROUNDS and ROOSEVELT FIELD.

John C. Weber's Prize Band
will play every afternoon and evening and with the band is Miss Katherine Hoch One of the finest sopranos in the country. Miss Hoch will sing with the band.
