3rd. All buses in use upon any of the streets and avenues aforesaid shall be kept in good running condition, in

good repair, and clean and sanitaryrj

and during the portion of the year when, by reason of the temperature, heat is reouired. the buses shall be properly and sufficiently heated, and at all times shall be properly ventilated, and any bus not in good condition or repair, or not clean or sanitary, or not properly heated or ventilated, shall, noon the order of the Board of Public Works, be at once removed from the streets and itft use discontinued until the same shall be repaired and put in proper operating condition. All buses shall be properly lighted at all times. 4th. Said huses shall be operated at all times with due regard for the publice convenience. Schedules for the operating of same for all routes shall

be adopted and shall be run over all of said routes with such frequency as to

reasonaDiv accommodate the patrons thereof, between the hours of 5:30 o'clock a. m. and 12:30 o'clock a. m. on week days, and between the hours of 6:30 o'clock a. m. and 12:30 o'clock a. m. on holidays and Sundavs. The running of buses on schedule time shall not be Interrupted or be temporarily changed for the purpose of accommodating a crowd at any one point or upon any one route for special occasions. Additional buses, however, mav be used upon any route, or elsewhere in said City, to accommodate a crowd at any one point or upon any one coute for special occasions. 5th. The grantee hereunder shall not abandon any of the routes aforesaid without first obtaining written permission from the Roard of Public Works of the Citv of Richmond so to do. 6th.
