back for a minute as far as you can remember USCO. The truth is that men have always found USCO an outstanding money's worth no matter what its

Today at $10.90 USCO maintains its established standard of quality. And because of thehew price, it sets a new index of tire value,

in Richmond?
IF everybody in Richmond said, 'Tm a good neighbor and good citizen. What's the Community Chest to me?" IF everybody in Richmond said, "Let the Y. M. C. A. take care of itself, or close up?" IF everybody in Richmond said, "Let's cut out this charity business helping cripples, disabled, blind, homeless babies, orphans, girls and boys needing advice, old folks let's cut it out?" IF everybody in Richmond wanted to stop worthwhile social, educational and welfare work for the common good and said, "Let's close up these institutions what good are they anyhow?" IF everybody in Richmond said, "Let's make 'em fight their battles, alone these sick, tubercular unfortunate, wayward folk white, black, homeborn, foreign-born, good and bad, any religion or no religion let them stand on their own feet alone?" IF everybody well, home would you like it to live and work in Richmond, Mr. SOMEBODY with people intent only on their own jobs and who didn't care a rap about anybody else?
