White, et al. The total issueof said bonds as determined upon shall not exceed $88,000. and such bonds and the interest thereon will be paid out of funds arising from the levy of special tax upon all of the taxable property of Wayne Township, In Wayne County, Indiana, in which township all of said highway is situate. Such bonds shall be issued in twenty (20) equal series. The bonds in the first of said series shall mature on May loth. 1923, and the bonds in each successive series shall mature successively each six months thereafter.
