Notice !s hereby given to the taxpayers of the School City of Richmond, Indiana, that the Board of Trustees of said School City, at its meeting May 8, 1922, did determine and deem it necessary to issue and make sale of bonds of the School City of Richmond, Indi ana, in tne principal sum of not to exceed Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars; for the purpose of constituting a fund by and with which to meet the cost of construction of academic building and heating plant building for proposed Junior High School building in saia t-cnooi Jity, to be situate on site provided therefor, bounded bv South Twenty-second Street, South Twentythird Street, and South B Street; the same bond, issue likewise to provide funds with which to make payment of the Incidental expenses in connection with said buildings. The exact-amount in principal of said bonds to be ascertained followine the receipt of bids therefor, which bids are to be opened on July 3, 1922, by said Board; but total principal not to be in excess 01 tne estimated cost, said sum, Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars. Such bonds are to be dated August 1, 1922, are to bear interest at four and one-half per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, with both principal and Interest payable at office of American lrust & teavings Bank, Richmond, Indiana.
