endorsement has been given by Democratic central committee of Preble county to the caryidacy of Louis T. Nein, of Hamilton, for state treasurer. Chairman Hugh R. Gilmore and Secretary C. C. Webb of the Central committee, have been instructed by the
committee to take up with former Congressman Warren Gard the matter or his proposed candidacy for congress from the Third district and request that he consent to become a candidate. Decision has been reached to enlarge the Central committee so as to Include one member from each voting precinct in the county. Montgomery is Sued Cleveland Montgomery, farmer, horseman and member of the Preble county fair board, is being sued for divorce by his wife, Martha. She also seeks alimony and her maiden name of Sigler. They have been married a number of years. , 'Mrs. Montgomery alleges improper conduct on the part of her husband. One night recently, she avers, she talked with her husband about his relations with another woman and that
