FINANCIAL COMPANY IS BEING ORGANIZED BY WINCHESTER MEN WINCHESTER. Ind., May 13. The American Security company of-Winchester is the name of a new financial institution now being organized in the city. Practically all of the $100,000 capital stock baa been subscribed by numbers of the city's business and professional men, and the new company expects to open its doors for business within the next 30 days. Filet Divorce Suit Suit for divorce has been filed in the circuit court by Delia Rickner , against Nathan Rickner. The defendant is charged with cruel and inhuman treatment and failure to provide. Cruel Treatment Charged Divorce proceedings have been filed by Gertrude Lay Wade against Charles M. Wade. They were married In Oc
tober, 1920, and separated in November, 1920. The plaintiff charges th ' defendant with cruel and inhuman treatment. She asks the court to restore her maiden name, Gertrude Lay. Plan for Fair The Welfare association of Union City Is making plans for the holding of '. the Community fair in that city, starting September 13. Vote for Water System At a meeting of the town board and citizens of Farmland, held at. the school-house, it was voted that the town should have a water works system costing about $35,000. The water : company will be formed by the following directors: Jesse Hoppes, Harvey Taylor and Oscar Hubbard. Work will be started about the first of July and finished before the winter.

Elaborate preparations are being made by the Townsend branch of the I iftichmond Community Service for the ; giving of a great race pageant on Thursday evening, June 15, at the Col- - iseum. The theme of the pageant is . historical and therefore educational as well as entertaining. The principals

The same pageant was produced by - Dayton Community Service last year in Memorial hall before an audience - of 1,100 persons of both races and achieved a remarkable success.
